In the midst of life and its constant changes, it is comforting, at times, to have someone to talk with. I enjoy being a light and ear for others during more challenging moments. The needs we have as individuals change as we grow and it can be tough to identify the lessons that motivate us to press forward. As we and our environments continue to shift, at times we get stuck. It takes courage to acknowledge our own reflection and seek what we need. While attempting to balance various life developments, emotionally/mentally, conquering goals may seem bleak or unattainable. Whatever those desires or stressors, I will sit with you.
