I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and my areas of expertise include young through older adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use/co-occurring disorders. As an eclectic, person-centered therapist I believe in tailoring treatment to each client’s needs, so I do not use one modality across the board. I’ve always been highly empathic and view issues in a destigmatizing way: I don’t ask what is wrong with you, but what happened to you?
