As a Psychotherapist, I see my role as a coach, motivator and a change agent. My treatment philosophy is simple, I use reality-based and solution focused interventions. My goal is to use behavioral therapy to help my clients to gain perspective and clarity that leads to personal growth and self-awareness. I help my clients to explore unhealthy behaviors and relationships and how these contribute to feelings of unhappiness or emptiness. I help my clients to seek solutions to repair and / or restore healthy relationships and increase well-being. I use empathetic listening & honest, solution-based feedback. My experience is varied & includes: teens, college students, adults, veterans & geriatric populations. I provide a judgement free, safe environment to address grief, Self-esteem, women’s issues, anxiety, break -ups, military issues, depression, work / stress & major life transitions.
