We all face demands from every direction, including from ourselves. It's easy to feel stuck, like life is passing you by, and it is frustrating knowing you’re not where you want to be. Events such as losing a loved one, a job, or a betrayal can shift the ground you are standing on. We sometimes experience burnout, anxiety, depression, and trauma, which harm our sleep, our eating habits, moods, relationships, & jobs.
