I am passionate about working with adolescents and families, individuals, and couples. It is my belief that every person's life issues are unique and deserving of finding healing within a safe, nonjudgmental, therapeutic environment. My training and experience have been primarily in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), family conflict, suicidal ideation and self-injurious behavior. I am here to travel on this journey alongside you, giving you the support to express your emotions in a safe space. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) specializing in compassionate inquiry. Utilizing a humanistic, person-centered therapy approach, our therapeutic sessions are a place of grace where you are given the opportunity to express your thoughts, feelings, and struggles without judgment.
