I am passionate about working with teenagers and young adults. Adolescence and emerging adulthood are key transition times of life that can be scary, exciting, confusing, and at times, lonely. I want to help you navigate life’s unknowns with an open ear, a loving heart and when needed, a sense of humor! My favorite part of therapy is the unlimited and unknown strength inside each person and allowing you to find that strength within and begin to harness it to build towards your future.
