I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work with experience providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to both veterans and adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and guided toward meaningful change. Through my work I have worked collaboratively with clients to develop coping skills, build resilience, reconnnect with their strengths, and improve their overall emotional well-being and quality of life. In your first session, we will focus on getting to know YOU, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. I will ask about your experiences, strengths, and challenges, and together we'll explore what you hope to achieve.
