I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have 20+ years of experience in counseling working in various settings (inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and schools). My goal is for every client to feel safe, valued, and respected during the time we work together. The focus of therapy is to identify the source of the issue, increase an understanding of thoughts and behaviors that have contributed to the problem, and develop a toolbox of positive coping skills that will provide relief in symptoms and an overall improvement in the quality of life for each client.
