As a Brazilian immigrant, I bring a culturally rich perspective to Genesis Counseling. I support a diverse range of clients and tailor the therapeutic process to meet each person’s unique needs. After moving to the U.S., I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and am now pursuing to become Registered Play Therapist. In sessions, I incorporate expressive techniques such as watercolor, mindfulness, and Sand Tray therapy to offer creative and meaningful paths toward healing and authentic self-expression. Additionally, I hold certifications in Mindfulness, DBT, Gottman, and Trauma Approaches.
