The decision to begin therapy can be an isolating and anxious time, especially in these current crazy times that seem to have no end. Am I the only one who feels this way? These feelings may even at times shut you down. You may be experiencing losses and transitions of all kinds, or have weight and eating concerns, gambling concerns, relationship problems or who just want career counseling. We can explore these together. I work with men, women, and adolescents of diverse backgrounds, who might not believe that counseling can be sensitive to their needs. We can either meet in person or online.
