Hi, I'm Patricia! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and finding a therapist you can connect with can also contribute to that emotion. I am here to guide you in navigating life transitions, cultural challenges and breaking generational cycles. I create a space where you can be your authentic self without judgement and/or expectations. I have a passion of working with the Spanish speaking community and those who are going through cultural challenges. Some areas I have been able to work with include life transitions, first generation experiences, relationship conflict, and mood disorders. The modalities I utilize are based on the person and the challenges we are experiencing.
