The effects of past trauma in our lives can have a significant effect on our decision making process, often causing us to become angry or depressed without understanding the origin of our emotions. Life is complicated and sometimes we need someone to just listen, help us sort things out, and guide us toward making our own decisions. My practice encompasses clients of all ages from children to seniors and uses a blend of beneficial therapy techniques that help to better understand how our pattern of thinking can affect our ability to lead healthy productive lives.
