I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Private Practice Clinical Supervisor, working in Private Practice at Healing the Inner Self Counseling. I am trained in EMDR and Structural Dissociation (parts work), and work with clients who have experienced complex trauma. My strengths are working with clients who have experienced trauma, and may need help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, anger, and relationship issues. I firmly believe that when our lives feel the darkest, we have the best opportunity for growth through the identification and expansion of one's strengths and capabilities. I specialize in individual adult counseling. I am trained to explore with the client the trauma's effect on the client's current distress, and to help clients explore their inner selves. I believe the client is the best source when looking at healing trauma. And it is by working together that we can uncover what is best for each client.
