Therapy can be helpful when emotional or relational experiences start to feel confusing, repetitive, or difficult to untangle. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. Some people seek support for anxiety, relationship difficulties, or the impact of past experiences. Others come because they want to understand themselves more clearly or approach life differently. Therapy offers a place to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what has been shaping your experience so that change can be intentional and lasting. I provide developmentally informed, attachment-rooted therapy tailored to the individual rather than applied through a single framework. My work is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from cognitive, somatic, and relational approaches as needed. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns, increasing clarity, and supporting thoughtful change.
