About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, dedicated to helping people achieve fulfilling lives in which they enjoy satisfying relationships, a feeling of productivity, and acceptance of oneself. In my thirty years of practice, I have seen, over and over, that establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is the first and most critical step in fostering one's ability to examine their vulnerabilities and to recognize their own strengths. I have extensive experience in treatment of anxiety, depression, parenting issues, familial relationships, grief and loss. More recently I have focused my ongoing professional training in trauma-informed therapies, including the use of EMDR as a therapeutic modality.
