You’re a patchwork of contradictions; sensitive but direct, bursting with ideas but blank in the spotlight, craving connection yet always ready to hide. Maybe you or your child have spent years being chastised for social hiccups, being told you were "too much," "too little," or just plain wrong. You discovered being autistic, ADHD, or BOTH - and suddenly, so much makes sense. You could be a neurodivergent mom, stretched between your child's needs and your own. Or part of a Gen X/Millennial wave, only now seeing the missed clues and cost of masking. At whatever stage your journey is unfolding...every part of you is welcome here. I support neurodivergent kids, teens & adults with lived insight and creativity. Through IFS or DBT lens, we might access shutdown parts through memes, bring relationship patterns to life with art, or let your inner world take shape in a sandtray. We learn and befriend those anxious parts and find the strategies that soothe when life comes at full volume.
