We may have all asked ourselves at one time or another...."How did I (or we) get here?"... During these times, talking to someone who understands helps. I believe that it takes courage and strength to seek change. It is through this change that we begin to feel better not only about ourselves, but about our life circumstances. I always feel honored that clients trust me enough to share their stories. Much of my work has been dedicated to helping those who are struggling with depression or experiencing anxiety. I will do my best to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
