I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years. I work with teenagers, adults and senior adults. I enjoy a client-centered, holistic and engaging approach to therapy. I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to grow, heal and make positive changes in their lives. I utilize Solution-Focused, CBT, Supportive Counseling and Person-centered interventions. My clinical specialties include Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders,Trauma, Infertility, Post-partum Depression/Anxiety, Family/Marital discord and Divorce. My office is a warm and tranquil suite in the Shelter Island neighborhood of San Diego.
