Deciding to seek out help is often not an easy decision. As a relationship and marital therapist and a seasoned infertility counselor who also experienced both infertility and pregnancy loss, I am very aware of the impact decision-making choices have on people''s daily lives and relationships. My approach is interactive and solution focused, and rooted in the belief system that with knowledge, the right support systems, and practical tools one can overcome any challenges in their relationship/marital conflicts, anxiety, depression, and recurring negative thoughts in their daily lives and their infertility and pregnancy loss.
