My therapy approach is eclectic. I will gather information and use the therapy techniques to provide the best outcome for you. I use Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, Choice/Reality therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all.” You are unique, and the therapeutic approach should be tailored to fit you. I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for you to express yourself. I want you to feel like you have been heard, and know your feelings are valid. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your goals, concerns, and fears. I love engaging with people and have a “helper” personality. I am laid back and nonjudgmental.
