Coming to therapy is a big step! New clients welcome. I am proud of you for starting your healing journey. You may be feeling angry, anxious, sad, or lonely. Your relationship may be causing you frustration. You may struggle with school or work performance and feel overwhelmed and burnt out. You may be ready to lead a more meaningful life. Therapy is a chance to grow, heal, and give yourself space to work on your needs. Clients come looking for someone who “gets them” and their situation. Together, we will work to understand your feelings, find ways to focus on you, and help you feel lighter, hopeful, and happier. Please reach out. My roots are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems. As a trained therapist, I believe deeply in family preservation and resolving conflict in relationships to develop and maintain healthy ways of interacting. I have worked with life cycle transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, students, and career planning in a safe environment.
