Hello, my name is Pat. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, parenting & relationship issues as well as substance use disorder (SUD). Also, I have experience in working with couples struggling with communication and trust issues. I utilize an therapeutic approach that is client-centered and strength-based to help clients navigate their challenges. My philosophy stems from a deep belief in the power of empathy, and the radical belief that anything is possible.
