If you're feeling anxious, depressed, stressed; if you're having relationship problems, I'm here to help you through the rough times and will work with you to find you new ways to cope. We'll work together to help you live the life you want. I see clients in Antioch on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I see clients in-person and, only if needed via TeleHealth. I am located in Contra Costa County and prefer to have clients from this area as well.
