I have an unfailingly strong belief in the capacity of good psychotherapy to produce life-enhancing change. As an individual, couple and family psychotherapist with many years of training and experience, I provide a safe, respectful space for self exploration. I have a deep sense of commitment to helping people understand who they are, what they want and what gets in their way. Humor is helpful at times. I have been on the faculties of two advanced training programs in the D.C. area. In addition to working with individuals I have had extensive training with couples and families. I enjoy the opportunity to meet with all members of a family at one time. I keep it real and I keep it safe, providing a comfortable environment for parents and children to speak openly and honestly with each other.
