Welcome to Greater Boston Sleep and Pain Therapy. I am a clinical health psychologist specialized in behavioral medicine/health psychology and I find it most rewarding to help individuals improve their sleep issues (including insomnia) and chronic pain. If you choose to work with me, we will explore your experience and focus on behavioral changes, shifting thought patterns, reprocessing emotions and physical sensations, and the mind-body connection. We will develop targets for our work, shift what hasn’t been working, reconnect with yourself & others, and build a life based on your values. My approach is active and present-focused. You will most likely benefit from therapy with me if you actively apply what we discuss to life outside of sessions. At this time I am exclusively providing cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), evidence-based therapies shown to alleviate insomnia and chronic pain.
