I’m a seasoned therapist with over 25 years of experience. I work primarily with women and couples, and I have a specialty in disordered eating and body image. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness. I'm here to listen to you, formulate goals together, and help you achieve them!
