Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, marital problems, challenging transitions like separation or divorce, or just the day-to-day stress of managing life, we'll work together to find the solutions that will ease your symptoms and, most importantly, help you heal and grow. I regularly counsel individual patients dealing with marital and relationship issues, including those contemplating separation or divorce, as well as patients struggling with generalized anxiety, past and present trauma, depression, substance use, and communication problems.
