I work primarily with adults, parents, young adults, and teens, offering an eclectic approach to meet you where you are at, and support you with where you would like to go. I hold advanced certifications in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sports Social Work. I weave these approaches and more into our work to support you in managing the many stressors that life throws one's way. I am here to work with you in exploring, accepting and traversing such obstacles. In our time together, you will have a safe space to share openly and vulnerably. You will be heard.
