I have a history working primarily with teenagers and adolescents, and I am open to receiving adult clients as well. My ideal client is someone who’s feeling stuck, whether that’s due to anxiety, life transitions, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or a general sense that something just isn’t working. They may feel overwhelmed by negative thought patterns, feel burnt out, or may be unsure of how to navigate major life decisions. They want to feel heard, understood, and supported as they make sense of their experiences and work toward meaningful change.
