I am a kind and compassionate counselor who enjoys working collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals. I have experience working with a wide variety of client concerns and am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to help clients meet their goals. Each client is different, and counseling needs to be matched to the needs of each individual. I place strong emphasis on listening to the needs of my clients, discussing evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions with them, and partnering with my clients to develop an individualized treatment plan.
