Many people enter therapy looking to vent and/or to just talk about their feelings, and miss the point of the process. People almost universally want to feel better, but don't know where or how to start. I want to be able to assist you in the process of not only feeling better, but maintaining the gains in therapy you have achieved. It's the human condition to complicate things that trouble us, or that we don't understand. I will work with you to simplify things, and help you to identify ways of coping with whatever in life is causing you to feel anxious or depressed.
