Life is an unpredictable journey, blending joyous moments and painful experiences. There are instances when the accumulation of these difficulties can lead to feelings of uncertainty, insecurity, and unfulfillment. It's a universal experience sometimes to lose our sense of stability. I am well-acquainted with themes such as death, trauma, bereavement, terminal illness, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and combat.
