FYI: I schedule from Eastern time zone. Normalizing and humanizing mental health is my passion as a therapist. Currently focusing on topics related to ADHD, OCD, ASD, anxiety, career, interpersonal stressors, parenting, or life transitions. My approach is collaborative and inquisitive, aiming to understand your experiences through your perspective. I worked in Information Technology for nearly 10 years while I was in college before starting my focus on mental health. I have always looked at life in an analytical or "troubleshooting" way, and my therapy approach mirrors that as well.
