My practice, 'KindMind Crossroads', is built on the foundation of acceptance, empathy, inclusivity and safety. The name of my practice is to convey the notion that we all experience a crossroad of challenges at varying points throughout our lives. The crossroad, even though often overwhelming, can be a time for healing, growth and renewal. For some of us, that means laying an entirely new path in which to walk; for many others it might mean repairing or adding on to the ones that already exist. I will help you navigate those challenging paths with a safe, warm, person centered, accepting and collaborative treatment approach.
