I am a licensed mental health counselor in West Des Moines, IA. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and loss, anger, and trauma. I bring an authentic, straight forward approach to therapy. Through my work I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story, gain insight into how those experiences impact daily life, and work towards a life that is more fulfilling, meaningful, and purpose driven. I also think it is important to find humor and laugh along the way.
