I provide individual psychotherapy to adults age 21 and over. My interests and expertise center around enhancing self-awareness, self-regard, confidence, and assertiveness; exploring and directly experiencing difficult or painful feelings, and increasing the capacity to accept, understand, and work them through; improving troubled relationships, including fears about, and barriers to, deeper emotional closeness; clarifying what one most fundamentally values and wants in life, and creates and finds meaning; working with loss, grief, and mourning; and managing stress and anxiety, drawing on mindfulness approaches when appropriate.
