*NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy for adults. I offer safe, non judgmental space and guidance through presenting issues. I believe in meeting Individuals where they are at and working with them in the NOW to increase the quality of their life. I implement individualized treatment planing and utilize variety of approaches based on ones needs. I have been working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and relationship issues. I also have experience working with children on Autism spectrum and with children with increased emotional needs.
