Even the healthiest of individuals experience times when extra support can be beneficial. Therapy can be a wonderful support to help navigate life in a healthier way. I enjoy helping people explore how they would like their lives to be different and helping them achieve this. My clients describe my style as compassionate and non-judgmental but also very interactive, appreciating my willingness to hold them accountable for changes they would like to make.
