Providing in person and Telehealth sessions: Life can be a difficult experience, presenting us with unanticipated obstacles that sometimes challenge our capacities to cope. Sometimes it is difficult to believe we possess the ability to move through our pain. Struggles in life, relationships, trauma and with grief and loss can become inhibitors to the life we want to live. I would like to help you realize that you have the strength and the resilience you need to overcome these obstacles. I provide a warm, trusting, nonjudgmental atmosphere in which to tell your story, clarify your concerns, and work toward lasting solutions.
