I believe in plain talk and getting to the root of the issue. To that end, we will name the elephant in the room and then work together to meet the goals that you have for yourself and your mental well being. I've always said that theory and application are two different things. I will not make you fit into a preconceived psyche mold, rather we will plot the therapy course that meets your needs and goals from where you have been to where you are going. The distance between dreams and reality is called action. Take action. I bring my experiences with cancer, parenthood, marriage, divorce, life choices, life transitions, and humor to the table. I also bring a profound belief that people need and deserve respect and to have their voice heard. I employ and tools from Gestalt, CBT, humanism, and good common sense.
