About

Have you spent your life trying to feel “enough”? Always the helper, the strong one, the fixer—until you're exhausted. If you grew up around addiction, neglect, or chaos, you may still be stuck in old survival roles: people-pleasing, over-responsibility, hiding your needs. Addiction affects everyone it touches—and over time, we lose ourselves trying to save someone else. You may be over functioning, trying to hold it all together and too drained to show up for your own life. It’s called codependent behaviors, and like addiction, it thrives on denial. But there is a way forward. Healing starts when you start focusing on you. Growing up in chaos teaches you to control, fix, and please—often at your own cost. I help Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) and others undo codependent patterns, rebuild self-trust, and create calm, safety, feel empowered, even if others don’t change. I will help you find your voice again. Take this step for yourself. It's not selfish, it is survival.
