I approach my therapeutic relationships with warmth, respect, empathy, and a little bit of humor at times. I know it takes a great deal of courage to begin therapy -- my goal is to create a safe, comfortable space for honest exploration so we can tackle your concerns together. I look forward to meeting you :) I'm experienced in treating eating disorders and body image issues from a Health at Every Size® perspective, and I'm passionate about helping my clients build healthy relationships with food and their bodies. I'm also a Level 2 EMDR trained therapist In the process of obtaining certification.
