I hold my clients in high-regard and carefully listen to hear the contours of your life and what inspires you. My approach is warm, incisive, and encourageing of your strengths, as I believe your strengths are the best lens with which to see and improve your weaknesses. Growing up, many people do not receive the support and encouragement they need and their self-esteem and self-confidence suffer as a result; I will colloborate and work with you to understand and overcome that deficit. I have expertise in the treatment of anxiety, ADD, and depression. I also specialize in relationships and conflict resolution/de-escalation.
