Is life becoming unmanageable? My approach to therapy is focusing on the person's needs and developing a therapeutic relationship with compassion, empathy and respect. My focus areas of practice include multiple years of experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, teens, and adults. I have extensive experience with EMDR, DBT, CBT Motivational Interviewing, Gender Affirming Therapy, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma Disorders, and Depression. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Typically I work with teens and adults, with focus on the LGBTQ+ community. I have training in WPATH and Riverside County Behavioral Health with Gender Affirming and LGBTQ+ care. I am most comfortable treating Gender Affirmation, EMDR, Sexuality, Anxiety, Trauma Disorders, and Depression.
