The most fundamental human need is that of being and becoming more fully oneself...becoming more fully present and alive to one's thoughts, feelings and bodily states. My office is a place where you can be seen, heard and understood without judgment. You can change old patterns of behavior, thoughts, feelings and relationships to help you make different choices in your life. You can find an increase in self-awareness, getting to the root of your problems and concerns. This is worth your time: take care of yourself, for a change, and open up future possibilities. I call what we will do together "examined living." We will share your life experiences, choices, and interactions, with others and as played out between you and me, in the moment, in sessions. Anger, frustration, disappointment and regret are common themes, as well as personal excesses, out of bounds behaviors and the hows and whys of partner choice.
