Serenity is possible to obtain and preserve. Recovery is possible for individuals with chemical dependency, addiction, anxiety and depression issues, as well as many other life challenges. I am a strong advocate with a compassionate, professional, empathetic, mindful and spiritual approach. I offer a safe, respectful and encouraging environment to collaboratively begin building a new life-path based on a new way of thinking. In addition to counseling services, my practice has specialty-focuses for golfers challenged to continue enjoying the game of golf (all proficiencies) and General Life-Coaching, which is goal/solution-focused.
