I believe healing and growth happen through a combination of insight and action. I have two decades of experience at Yale University, including five years as the Chief of Yale Mental Health and Counseling. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, OCD, identity development, and the complex transition into young adulthood. I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating identity, anxiety, OCD and major transitions like moving away from home, starting a career or developing new relationships. I also support parents of children with disabilities as they navigate the complexities of caregiving and advocacy.
