I have a curious, collaborative, nonjudgmental approach to guiding others towards their best selves. As a psychotherapist, leadership coach, Life Energies facilitator and Somatic Experiencing practitioner, I use a variety of tools to move my clients towards resolution, success and a more productive, vibrant life. My belief is that all internal obstacles (mood or health issues) are rooted in, or have been worsened by some form of trauma. Trauma can be worked through and anyone can expand their capacity to better face past difficulties successfully. Change is inevitable and with support we can create the changes we desire. I've integrated years of training and experience and provide a safe supportive connection with my clients. The most recent training and experience blended my work I do with the 9 Lifeenergies organization my Somatic Experiencing training. Together these allow my to guide clients towards greater embodiment, self-healing, and conscious mindful living.
