I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard – Where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. My goal is to walk alongside you, as you navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. I work with adults and teens from diverse backgrounds, including: Trauma Survivors, Members of the LGBTQ+ community, Substance Use, Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Survivors, First Responders, Caregivers (Elderly and Foster System). I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care, while always using a strengths-based, person-centered approach.
