I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State and have experience working with adults and adolescents in multiple settings. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self compassion issues and self esteem issues. I also have experience working with adolescents that are struggling with school related issues. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for a variety of mental health issues. I am also an EMDR trained therapist.
